Pro Tools "qt_audio" Session File: READ ME... To use the "qt_audio" session: First, export the audio to .aif format from the .mov's and place in a separate folder. Once you have done this, just open the session file and it will ask you where the .aif audio is; direct Pro Tools to this new folder and everything is ready to go. This "qt_audio" session file has 1 edit track and 6 audio tracks, one track for each audio bank contained in this project. Each Track already contains all the individual samples for that particular bank. Also, this session file has a visible"Memory Location List" that you can use to easily locate and work with any audio wave form, just by clicking on it's title. To use the "qt_import" session: Open the session file and select "Movie" from the top menu bar and then select "Import Audio from Other Movie". Once imported, drag the wave form onto a track. This "qt_import" session file also has 1 edit track and 6 audio tracks, one track for each audio bank contained in this project. With these sessions you can select a portion or all of a wave form, cut and paste or mix other tracks. Once you have a finished edit to use, just highlight it and then from the top left main menu, select "Bounce to Disk". Pro Tools will promt you for the desired format and destination. I have included 3 EQ settings for audio that is to be published for the Web. These EQ settings are a starting point from which you can make any final adjustments. Please try these EQ settings before compressing. Last, EQ's are on the Master Out track and are in bypass mode for the Session template.
